Draft preview, not yet published. Subject to the shop's review before launch.

What this is

Annual DOT inspections are offered, along with the repairs it takes to pass one. Call ahead and the shop will tell you what to bring and how long to allow.

If it doesn't pass

The shop tells you what failed and can quote the repair. Whether the work is done here or somewhere else is your call. An inspection does not promise a pass, and nothing a shop does changes what an enforcement officer decides on the road.

Fleet scheduling

Fleets that want inspections on a schedule can set that up as part of an account conversation.

Fleet accounts

Shop hours

Inspections happen on shop hours. The roadside and towing line is separate and uses the same number.

Shop

Monday to Friday
9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday
9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday
Closed

Roadside and towing

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Same number.

After hours, Chris answers the phone.

Arranging an inspection

Inspections are arranged by phone and in person: walk in during shop hours or call for a time. A call sets the time; nothing is booked until you have talked to someone.

How to arrange shop work

What to have ready when you call

  • Truck, trailer or both, with year, make and model
  • When the last inspection was done, if you know
  • Anything you already know needs attention
  • Whether you want failed items repaired here
  • When you need the unit back

Each caption says only what the photo shows.

Questions drivers ask

Does a shop inspection mean I won't be stopped on the road?

No. An inspection checks the vehicle on the day it's inspected. Roadside enforcement is a separate decision made by an officer, and nothing a shop does changes that.

What happens if the unit fails?

You get told what failed. The shop can quote the repair, and whether you have it done here is your call.

Day or night, one number.

Tell dispatch: interstate and direction, last exit or mile marker you passed, what you're driving, what happened.
