Shop work: walk in, call, or drop it off
Brown's takes shop work by phone and in person. Walk in during shop hours, call for an appointment, or arrange an after-hours drop-off. If the truck is down right now, call any time.
Three ways in
- Walk in during shop hours: Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Call for an appointment. A call sets the time; nothing is booked until you have talked to someone.
- After-hours drop-offs are accepted. Call ahead so we know the unit is coming.
What to have ready when you call
- Your name and a number that will answer
- The unit: truck, trailer or both, with the year, make and model if you know them
- What it is doing, and when it started
- Whether the load is time-sensitive
- When you could bring it in, or whether it needs to come on the wrecker

24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Same number.
